• In Hurry Up Mthrfckr, I reinterpret the iconic flying bicycle scene from E.T. with a darker twist: E.T. now holds a gun and appears to abduct the child, turning a moment of innocence into one charged with urgency and irony.

  Beneath this inversion lies a more complex reading. As an outsider, E.T. may actually be rescuing the child from a blind, broken society. The gun shifts from a symbol of violence to one of rupture the force required to escape a world that no longer sees clearly. In this sense, E.T. becomes a guide or saviour figure, acting decisively beyond human ignorance.
